This was a particularly fun project for me—I decided to create a giant puzzle of my company logo as a test piece, made from MDF. Using a puzzle generator, I was able to enter the number of pieces I wanted, and the tool automatically generated the puzzle shapes. From there, I programmed each piece individually into my CNC router and cut them out. Once all the pieces were complete, I assembled them into a 12×12 square.
Next, it was back to the CNC router, where I used V-Carving to engrave my logo across the assembled puzzle pieces. This project really highlights the precision of the CNC router combined with the sharp detail of V-Carving. It’s a great example of how you can break down a complex project into simple steps to achieve something remarkable. What’s your inspiration?
